Following European Directive 2012/2019 and Delegation Law No. 86 of 08/08/2019 on the reorganization of CONI and professional sports,
we publish on this page the SAFEGUARDING Regulation of ASD Argenta Golf Club, which governs the tools for the prevention and combating of any form of abuse, harassment, gender-based violence or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age or sexual orientation, especially when minors are involved, within the activities carried out by the Association both inside and outside the club.
The documents implement the provisions set out in Legislative Decrees No. 36 and 39 of 28/02/2021, the measures issued by the National Executive Committee of CONI, the fundamental principles approved by the Permanent Observatory of CONI for safeguarding policies, as well as the “Regulation for the prevention and combating of abuse, violence and discrimination against members”, together with the relevant guidelines, issued by the FIG.
In accordance with the above, Mr. LUCA BARCHI has been appointed as Safeguarding Officer for ASD Argenta Golf Club.
